SEATTLE - At least four people were struck by cars that were showing off 'drifting' moves during an impromptu gathering on the streets below the Space Needle Saturday night.
The incident happened while a group of several dozen people gathered at the intersection just outside the Seattle Center along Broad Street Saturday night to take turns drifting their cars.
Video taken by a KOMO News photographer shows two of the cars drifting into the crowd hitting several people. Many people in the group appear to not be wearing masks or practicing social distancing.

Jason Mock lives near the Space Needle and said he could hear the two-hour-long gathering from his apartment.
'I could hear just constant burnouts, people yelling and screaming,' Mock said. 'I couldn't believe there wasn't already a police presence there based on the noise that I could hear but this seems to be the common theme here - nobody gets in trouble for anything.'
Seattle Police say they eventually responded to the disturbance and asked the group to leave. No arrests were made.
In a press conference Sunday afternoon, Seattle Police Interim Chief Adrian Diaz said it took officers 90 minutes to show up because they were 'tied up' at a protest.
